Encourage others to take initiative<\/li>\n<li>Make it your job always to understand and exceed our customers\u2019 expectations thereby creating value and beating the competition<\/li>\n<li>Be as consumed with the development and success of your colleagues as you are with your own<\/li>\n<li>Take personal responsibility to help your colleagues be the best they can be<\/li>\n<li>Focus your energy on excellent execution<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of collective decisions. Support decisions made by team members to whom tasks are delegated<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems. Involve people in your team from diverse backgrounds to enhance creativity and the quality of decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For an IQ project manager a healthy balance of leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills are very important. We expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competence in respect of project initiation, project planning, project scoping, cost management, time management, project risk management, communication management and change management<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude to analyse project requirements and determine the most effective approach to structure the project<\/li>\n<li>Ability to integrate all project elements and organise project work into manageable activities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify and analyse risks and determine mitigation strategies for risks<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adequately communicate project related information to affected stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude to convert project statistics and facts into presentable formats<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance business drivers and project requirements to ensure project success for both the business sponsors and the various project stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>The ability to transfer project management skills and project knowledge to team members<\/li>\n<li>A good application and working knowledge of project schedule software such as Microsoft Project<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication, negotiation and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in the management of large projects with regards to project team sizes, budget and complexity<\/li>\n<li>A formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP)<\/li>\n<li>Three to five years project management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Today, we are inviting you to be part of this dynamic organisation, with opportunities in Australia, South Africa and The United States.<\/p>\n<p>Got what it takes?
