REQUIREMENTS : A three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or a Senior Certificate
\nwith extensive Secretarial experience. Computer skills such as Ms Word, Ms
\nPowerPoint, Ms Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Good office management
\nskills (document tracking, storage and retrieval system) sound minute taking and
\ncommunication skills as well as general office experience are essential.<\/p>\n
Applicants must be able to work under pressure, independently and be willing to
\nwork overtime when necessary. The successful candidate must be reliable,
\nflexible, creative, be able to maintain confidentiality, client focused and quality\u00a0oriented.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : General secretarial, administrative and support services to the Director such as:
\nReceive and make telephone calls, Manage the Director\u2019s Diary, Make travel and
\naccommodations arrangements, Arrange meetings and taking minutes, Type
\nletters\/memorandums\/submissions\/reports, Send and receive emails and faxes,
\nExtract and process data and dissemination of management information in the
\ncontext of office automation file, retrieve, track documents for the office of the
\nDirector, Consolidate monthly reports for the office and compile budget for\u00a0Directorate.<\/p>\n
