REQUIREMENTS : ABET Level 4 or Grade 9. Experience in General Administration and messenger
\nservices. Applicants with prior learning either by means experience or alternative
\ncourses may also apply. Skills and Competencies: Basic Computer literacy; basic\u00a0numeric, good communication at appropriate level; Plan and organize own work.
\nAbility to maintain integrity of confidential information and sensitive documents.
\nSound interpersonal relations, ability to liaise with team members and members
\nof the Public. Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive documents. Must have
\na working understanding of English and be able to read English. A valid driver\u2019s
\nlicense.
\nDUTIES : Collect mail bag from the Post Office, distribute mail to various offices; sort and
\ndistribute Department newspaper; route submissions; collect and distribute
\ndocuments and parcels internally and externally; assist with the physical task at
\nthe dispatch counter and record centre, assist with reprographic services.
