Job Title: Office Support & Personal Assistant<\/p>\n
Location: Johannesburg
\nReports to: District Manager and supports CFO South Africa<\/p>\n
Main Purpose of the Role:<\/strong> The job demands in depth knowledge, experience and understanding of the organisation and the many business processes and disciplines that are managed by the District Manager. In addition, a further aspect is the need to be able to think ahead and to take action in such a way as to enable decision-making processes and prioritize actions.<\/p>\n Key Accountabilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n Skills, Knowledge and Abilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n Education and Experience<\/strong> Employment Equity<\/strong> Organization:\u00a0Healthcare Africa (50021294) <\/p>\n
\nProvide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing secretarial functions such as Manager’s agenda, preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings, providing reports, being involved in marketing as well as some internal and external communication<\/p>\n
\nExperience in all standard secretarial tasks \/ PA function to the District Manager & CFO South Africa
\nManage routine customer communication with appropriate escalation
\nPlan and manage professional meetings (Arrange catering, d\u00e9cor, etc)
\nEffective coordination of actions with key stakeholders and team members
\nMaintain confidentiality related to business and team members
\nLiaise with stakeholders at all levels
\nBasic financial \/ business understanding
\nAssist with adhoc duties such as arranging international travel, forex, local transfers, etc.<\/p>\n
\nUnderstanding of complex business processes
\nSelf-motivated and able to make decisions independently
\nSense of responsibility & Urgency (Time Management essential)
\nExcellent inter-personal skills
\nAdvanced Excel knowledge (Excel financial modelling – pivot tables, extrapolation, etc)<\/p>\n
\nMatric \/ Grade 12 or SAQA accredited equivalent (Essential)
\nSecretarial Diploma would be an advantage
\n3-5 years\u2019 experience as a Personal Assistant to an Executive (C-Suite) with advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, extrapolation, etc.)<\/p>\n
