{"id":20480,"date":"2015-01-22T12:17:10","date_gmt":"2015-01-22T10:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=20480"},"modified":"2015-01-22T12:17:10","modified_gmt":"2015-01-22T10:17:10","slug":"hr-traineeship-recruitment-sabmiller","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/hr-traineeship-recruitment-sabmiller.html","title":{"rendered":"HR Traineeship Recruitment at SABMiller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Head Office<\/p>\n<p>LAB IN-SERVICE TRAINEE<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reference Code: <\/strong>SAB-ZA-16215<\/p>\n<p>Key Purpose Statement<\/p>\n<p>To fast track and develop for future HRBP roles through a structured development programme that favours on the job development and exposure<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competence Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 A relevant HR or business-related degree (post graduate qualification would be advantageous)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Two or more years Human Resources Generalist Experience<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Computer literacy: SAP, Internet, Microsoft Advanced (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Thorough knowledge of SAPHR transactional processes and reporting advantageous<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Previous administration experience in an HR department\/ environment would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Understanding of HR business processes<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Basic understanding of the relevant legislation and its impact on effective HR practice<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Proactivity<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Superior attention to detail\/ accuracy\/ timeliness<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Resilience<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Customer focus<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Continuous improvement (continuously improve the way things are done and learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Output And Accountabilities<\/h3>\n<p><strong>RECRUITMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage interviews for all grade G and below positions.
