The programme is directed at young people who have completed their studies, preferably in the area of scarce and critical skills and are unemployed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Roles And Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotate and assist in the Human Resources Management, Skills Planning, Finance and ETQA Administration<\/li>\n<li>6 months in one Department related to your field of study and the other 6 months in another Department with the discretion of the SETA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Experience And Qualifications<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>National Diploma \/ Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management \/ Public Administration \/ Marketing \/ Business Administration \/ Finance Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a SA Citizen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Competencies<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer services<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Report writing<\/li>\n<li>Workshops\/Meetings<\/li>\n<li>Pay attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Deadline driven<\/li>\n<li>General skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>How To Apply<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>Applications must email to: <\/b><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@foodbev.co.za\"><b>recruitment@foodbev.co.za<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Closing date: 30 January 2015<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ref: IP\/01\/15 Duration: 12 months.
