Minimum Qualification Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Grade 12 Related Experience: <\/p>\n Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n Functional Competencies <\/p>\n Generic Skills<\/strong> Resilience: <\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong> <\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Human Resources Qualification , training as a Service Centre Agent<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, telemarketing,, call centre or
\n\u2022 Any other related role that requires frequent interaction with customers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bilingual
\n\u2022 Understanding of Human Resources or Finance governance documentation, i.e. Directives, Policies. Standards, Procedures and Practices including Eskom\u2019s condition of service
\n\u2022 Knowledge of SAP Human Resources or Finance systems.
\n\u2022 Excellent customer service relations skills<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Ability to make a sound judgement and then passes information to appropriate individuals Integrity
\n\u2022 Confidentiality- highly ethical<\/p>\n
