Learners will enter into a one-year, fixed term contract with Newlands Brewery, during which time they will undergo both on-the-job and off-the-job learning, culminating in a national qualification.<\/p>\n<h3>Competence Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric with mathematics<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Self-directed and motivated<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Analytical ability<\/li>\n<li>Be resourceful<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in shift based teams<\/li>\n<li>Ability to form effective relationships with coaches and mentory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Output And Accountabilities<\/h3>\n<p>Learnerships are a structured learning programme that combines off-the-job learning and on-the-job learning in an integrated programme.
