REQUIREMENTS : Applicant should be in a possession of a Senior Certificate and relevant
\nExperience, candidates must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
\nApplicant must be computer literate and have the ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key performance Areas: Switchboard duties: screening telephone enquiries as
\nwell as handling telephonic complaints: attending to complainants in the
\nreception area. Capturing of new complaints and case developments into the
\ndata base, Typing of reports and letters. Updating of registers, assisting With
\ncompilation of monthly reports.<\/p>\n
