REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Degree\/National Diploma plus a valid Certificate issued by DPSA
\nor SAMDI as a Job Evaluation Analyst coupled with appropriate management
\nand related experience. candidates must be computer literate in Word
\nProcessing, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint Presentations and E-mail software.
\ncandidates must be in possession of a valid driver\u2019s licence (manual
\ntransmission). Recommendations: candidates should have knowledge of the
\nrelevant prescripts sound skills in communication, problem solving, planning,
\norganising and have good analytical ability.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Manage the job evaluation process for all departmental posts.manage the
\ndevelopment and implementation of job evaluation policies and procedures.
\nprovide advice and guidance to line managers on the process and procedures of
\njob evaluation. manage the provision of information, statistics and reports.
\nmanage the resources of the Sub-Directorate.<\/p>\n
