\nSALARY : R270 804 per annum (Level 9)
\nCENTRE : Pretoria<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : A recognized 3 years\u2019 Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/Diploma\/NQF level 6 in Human
\nResource Management\/Public Administration (or equivalent qualification). A
\nminimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Human Resource Administration of which 2
\nyears must be at supervisory level. Experience in the appointment and conditions
\nof service of Educators and Adult Education and Training will be an advantage.
\nExtensive knowledge and experience of PERSAL System. Must be able to
\nunderstand and interpret prescripts and policies. Must have effective leadership
\nabilities, interpersonal relations and conflict management skills with regard to
\npeople management. Good communication skills with a high proficiency in writing.
\nAdvanced level of computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability
\nto work under pressure and willingness to work extended hours when required.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : To manage the administrative\/personnel needs of the staff in the Department and
\nto assist in the management of the conditions of service for all staff of the\u00a0Department. A business partner with clients. Manage all PERSAL functions which
\ninclude appointments, transfers, promotions etc. Training skills must be of a
\nsatisfactory level to ensure that the candidate will be able to train, evaluate and
\nmentor subordinates and inform departmental staff of prescripts with knowledge
\nand confidence. Writing of submissions, memos and letters. The candidate will be
\nexpected to communicate on a professional and personal level with staff both
\npersonally and telephonically.<\/p>\n
