\nSALARY : R227 802 per annum (Level 8)
\nCENTRE : Pretoria
\nREQUIREMENTS : A recognized 3-years\u2019 Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/Diploma\/NQF level 6 in Human
\nResource Management or equivalent qualification. 3 years\u2019 experience in
\nOrganizational Development within Human Resource environment. Exposure and
\nuunderstanding of Change Management practices. Understanding of
\nOrganizational design, Workstudy and Job evaluation. Knowledge and
\nunderstanding of Public Service Legislation, Regulations and other Policies. Good
\norganisational, coordination, presentation and report writing skills. Computer
\nLiteracy in Ms Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
\nDUTIES : Facilitate the development of Job Descriptions. Conduct Job evaluation. Render
\ntechnical and general support to the component. Assist with matters and queries
\nrelated to Organizational Development. Conduct research into Policy Development
\nand benchmarking for pracitces. Provide support in Change Management Strategy
\nDevelopment and Implementation.

\nREQUIREMENTS : A recognized 3 years\u2019 Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/Diploma\/NQF level 6 in Human
\nResource Management\/Public Administration (or equivalent qualification). A
\nminimum of 3 years experience in Human Resource Administration. Experience in
\nthe appointment and conditions of service of Educators and Adult Education and
\nTraining will be an advantage. Knowledge and experience of PERSAL System.
\nKnowledge and understanding of Prescripts and Policies. Good communication
\nskills with a high proficiency in writing. Advanced level of Computer Literacy (Ms
\nWord and Excel). Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work extended
\nhours when required.
\nDUTIES : To assist in the administrative\/personnel needs of the staff in the department.
\nAdminister all PERSAL functions which include appointments, transfers,
\npromotions etc. Must be able to deal with all levels of staff indiscriminately and be
\nable to write submissions, memos and letters. Maintain good relations and
\ncommunicate professionally with clients, team members, senior managers both
\nverbally , written and presentations.. Provide support and research on developing
\nelectronic records management and entreprise content management systems.
\nMust be able to train, mentor and evaluate subordinates. Communicate in a
\nprofessional level with staff both personally and telephonically.

\nREQUIREMENTS : Matric \/ Grade 12 with 3 years\u2019 Training and Development experience in the
\nHuman Resource environment. Experience in the Coordination and
\nImplementation of the Internship and Learnership Programmes. Experience in the
\nCoordination and Facilitation of Staff Induction. Ability to render Training and
\nDevelopment-related advisory services. Good presentation, facilitation and
\nproblem solving skills. Time Management, Planning and Organizational skills.
\nAbility to conduct basic research, understanding of training-related legislation
\nincluding the Skills Development Act, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to
\nfunction both independently and as part of a team, ability to handle pressure.
\nGood communication, presentation and writing skills. Computer literacy in MS
\nOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
\nDUTIES : Conduct training needs analysis, Assist in developing and compiling the
\nWorkplace Skills Plan. Coordinate approved Training interventions. Coordinate
\nand provide secretarial support to the Training Committee. Assist in the
\ndevelopment of Training reports. Coordinate the Graduate Internship and Work
\nIntegrated Learning Programmes. Coordinate the Internship and Mentorship
\nForum meetings. Coordinate the welcome and farewell ceremonies for interns.
\nAssist in the coordination of the Induction and Orientation programme. Assist in
\nthe evaluation of induction and training and development programmes.
