Description:<\/strong> Provide customer service<\/p>\n Appropriately manage customer queries relating to their purchases and accounts <\/p>\n Generate revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n Upsell product offering to new & existing customers in line with required performance standards and targets<\/p>\n Efficiency and Productivity<\/strong><\/p>\n Reach performance targets relating to productivity, adherence, turnaround time, sales and customer service Quality standards<\/strong><\/p>\n Focus on \u201cgetting it right first time\u201d in order to ensure that correct and precise information is relayed to customers <\/p>\n Requirements:<\/strong> Grade 12 \/ Matric or equivalent<\/p>\n Experience & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n 6 Months customer service Contact Centre experience Attribute & Behaviours<\/strong><\/p>\n Energetic with a positive attitude
\nKey Performance Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nEnsure a polite, friendly, efficient and professional service is provided
\nTake responsibility for each individual call by ensuring that advise is always given in the customer\u2019s best interest
\nHandle objections appropriately to ensure that positive results are achieved and enhance customer delight
\nEffectively deal with difficult queries and customers, avoiding formal complaints
\nImprove the customer experience and service delivery by providing excellent customer service<\/p>\n
\nBe available to take calls by avoiding unnecessary time spent in after call activities or breaks in order to provide agreed service levels
\nAdminister policies in an organised and efficient manner ensuring that outstanding tasks are up to date and departmental service standards are adhered to at all times
\nConstantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems<\/p>\n
\nCapture all details of customer, call log and sales transactions accurately onto the system
\nAdhere to internal systems, policies, procedures and requirements<\/p>\n
\nQualifications & Accreditations<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n6 Months sales experience in a target driven environment
\nComputer literate<\/p>\n
\nPersuasive skills which includes sales ability
\nAbility to work independently as well as within a team
\nExcellent telephonic manner
\nGood analytical ability and attention to detail
\nResilient and change orientated
