REQUIREMENTS : Three (3) years Bachelor\u2019s Degree or applicable equivalent qualification in HR; A
\nminimum of Six (6) years\u2019 experience in human resources and six (6) years\u2019 on
\nmanagerial level; A valid driver\u2019s license (except for people with disabilities). Skills
\nand Competences: Strategic capabilities and leadership; Project management;
\nPlanning and organising; Financial management; Change management; Research
\nand Knowledge management; Service delivery innovation; Problem solving and
\nanalysis; People management and empowerment; Client orientation and customer
\nfocus; Communication; Honesty and integrity; Computer skills (MS Office);
\nPresentation and facilitation.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Manage the implementation of human resources related
\nfunctions in the Region; Manage the Development and implementation of strategic
\nhuman resources processes and HR policies in the Region; manage and facilitate
\nthe efficient labour relation services in the Region; Administer organisation
\ndevelopment, Facilitate Health and Wellness Programme; Manage performance
\nand skills development programmes; Manage effective utilisation of resources in
\nthe Directorate.<\/p>\n
