\nSALARY : R 141 339.00 \u2013 R662 397.00 per annum. (Salary will be determined in
\naccordance with experience as per OSD determination). The successful
\ncandidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS : LLB Degree or four year recognized legal qualification; Extensive knowledge and
\nunderstanding of the maintenance system; and family law matters; A valid driver\u2019s
\nlicense; Knowledge of computer literacy (experience in MS Office); Certificate
\nreflecting these courses to be attached; Knowledge of the Maintenance Act (Act 99
\nof 1998). Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office); Numeracy
\nSkills; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); Ability to work with the
\npublic in a professional and empathetic manner. Ability to work in pressurized
\nenvironment.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Perform the powers, duties or functions of a
\nMaintenance Officer in terms of the Maintenance Act; Obtain Financial information
\nfor the purposes of Maintenance enquires; Guide Maintenance investigators in the
\nperformance of their functions; Appear in the Maintenance Court and conduct
\nproceedings in terms of the Maintenance Act; Implement Bench orders: Perform
\nany other administrative functions as required from time to time.<\/p>\n
