REQUIREMENTS : Grade 10 certificate or equivalent. 2 years\u2019 work experience. Computer literate and
\nknowledge of photocopier machines will be an advantage. Drivers licence. Good
\ncommunication skills, verbal and written.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Running of postal service. Open, sort and distribute mail. Distribution and
\ncirculation of documents. Recording of correspondence. Deliver files from OPD,
\narchive, CEO\u2019s office and Department of Psychiatry. Perform admin and operation
\nduties with regards to the photocopier machine, fax machine and courier services.
\nAssist with filing at registry department. Manage stationary. Tracing of patient files.
\nKeeping and updating circulars and memorandum registers. Provide support to
\npatient admin and archive departments. Be able to rotate and any task as
\nallocated by the supervisor.
