REQUIREMENTS : The formal qualification for this post is a 3 year Degree\/Diploma with Financial
\nManagement as a subject. At least 1 year 6 months working experience.
\nKnowledge of PFMA and other relevant government legislation. Advanced
\nComputer skills, written and Verbal Communication skills, Report Writing and
\nAdministration Skills. Knowledge of public service procurement systems would
\nbe an advantage.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : To provide financial and administrative support to projects. Monitor and report on
\nprojects expenditure to ensure that allocated funds are utilized according to
\napproved project plans Exercise oversight and ensure that project
\nimplementation aligns with the requirements of the DHET Project Fund approved
\nproposals. Ensure reconciliation of remaining funds when projects close.
\nPrepare the required financial report on DHET Project Fund projects. Recording
\nand tracking of submissions received by and sent out of the project coordination
\nunit. Perform any other duties delegated from time to time in the Directorate.<\/p>\n
