CENTRE : Pretoria
\nREQUIREMENTS : National Diploma or Degree in Public Relations or any equivalent qualification.
\nAn additional one year Call Centre certificate or onsite training with 18 months
\nproven Call Centre experience in the handling of inbound\/ outbound calls will be
\nan advantage. Proficiency in English is a requirement and the ability to speak 3
\nof the other official languages would be an added advantage. Computer literacy
\nwhich includes a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages.
\nCOMPETENCIES: Excellent telephone etiquette. Excellent communication skills
\nboth written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to take ownership
\nof enquiries and queries. Self-motivated and disciplined. Good ethics.
\nExcellent customer\/ client orientation. Innovative and energetic.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Respond to incoming calls efficiently and effectively. Informs clients by
\nexplaining procedures, answering questions and providing information. Obtains
\nclient information by interviewing them and verifying information. Resolve Higher
\nEducation and Training enquiries\/queries by giving correct information. Strive to
\nanswer the caller in his\/her own preferred language. Maintain ownership of a
\nquery even it has been referred to other units by following it up until it is finalized.
\nAdhere to time frames. Maintains communication equipment by reporting
\nproblems. Ensure client satisfaction. Provide callers with service that exceeds
\ntheir expectations.<\/p>\n
