REQUIREMENTS : NQF level 4\/ Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 or
\nequivalent qualification; Proficiency in three or more indigenous languages and
\nEnglish; Six years experience in interpreting of which three (3) years at
\nsupervisory level; A valid driver\u2019s licence. Skills and Competencies:
\nCommunication skills; Listening skills; Interpersonal skills; Time management;
\nComputer literacy; Analytic thinking; Problem solving; Planning and organizing;
\nConfidentiality; Ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Manage the legal interpreting, language services and
\nstakeholder relations in the Cluster; Develop the legal interpreting and language
\nservices business plan for the Cluster; Manage both human and non human
\nresources of legal interpreting and language services in the Cluster; Manage
\nspecial projects of legal interpreting and language services; Co ordinates the
\ninterpreting and language services activities in the cluster; Manage training and
\ndevelopment of court interpreters; Manage operational efficiency of language
\nservices in the Cluster; Manage compliance of the code of conduct.<\/p>\n
