Key Job Functions: <\/strong><\/p>\n Quote, task, follow up with client until deal is won\/lost, place orders, manage teams, file, schedule appointments and ensure client relationship are looked after 100% professional who is determined to make a success Strong character to withstand pressure from a very demanding business division and clients.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n JOB SPECIFICATION: Administer all documentation, including invoicing, quotations and general office filing<\/p>\n Facilitate all requests for appointments etc.<\/p>\n Facilitate general office management.<\/p>\n Bilingual Good telephone manner and must be well spoken Excellent time management Self-motivated<\/p>\n Willingness to learn<\/p>\n Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n Confident communicator at all levels Organised and flexible Own reliable transport<\/p>\n Excellent organisational and e-mailing skills. Speed and efficiency Strong administrative focus.<\/p>\n Pays attention to detail Regularly communicates with clients as to procedures regarding installations.<\/p>\n Cold call for prospective clients, architects, builders, interior designers and following up leads and quotations.<\/p>\n Keeps files and records updated.<\/p>\n Ensures all staff employment records are kept up to date.<\/p>\n Receive and sign ‘conditions’ letter.<\/p>\n Keep track of deposits<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Educational Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n – Matric (Grade 12).<\/p>\n – A tertiary qualification in administration.<\/p>\n – MS Office suite specifically Microsoft Word Experience.<\/p>\n – 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative and office management role<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
