REQUIREMENTS : A senior certificate or equivalent qualification plus relevant experience.
\nExtensive knowledge and understanding of the Batho Pele principles. Good
\ninterpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal). Computer
\nliteracy, administrative, analytical, planning and organizational skills. Ability to
\nwork under pressure individually and in a team. Telephone etiquette. In
\npossession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Responding to queries by the relevant stakeholders. Compiling correspondence,
\ndocumentation, faxing and photocopying. Make logistical arrangements for
\nmeetings\/workshops\/events. Provide administrative support, update and safekeeping
\nall records, office provisioning, receive and track correspondence &
\norder stationery. Perform administrative duties that will be assigned. Liaison with
\nboth internal and external clients and stake holders. Filing (i.e. Opening of files
\nand the maintenance thereof) Handling of queries both telephonic and face to
\nface. Assist in the co-ordination of support programmes and events. Requesting
\nof invoices. Creation of a data base and the maintenance thereof. Ad-hoc\u00a0minute taking.<\/p>\n
