REQUIREMENTS : Basic Diploma\/Degree accredited with the SANC in terms of R425 or equivalent
\nqualification that allows registration with SANC as a Professional and a 1 year
\nrelevant additional qualification accredited with SANC. Minimum 8 years
\nappropriate \/recognise experience in nursing after registration as professional
\nnursing Genera Nursing. At least 3years of the above must be appropriate and
\nrecognisable experience at management level. Discipline Specific Skill and
\nCompetences will be considered.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Provide professional and technical support for the provision of quality patient
\nCare through proper management of HAST Programme. Ensure maintenance of
\nStandards and norms of nursing practice to promote the health status of the
\nHealth care user. Develop and implement guidelines, protocols, norms and
\nStandards. Ensure utilisation of information technology and other management
\nInformation system to manage information for the enhancement of the
\nProgramme objectives and outputs. Establish and maintain and participate in
\nInterprofessional and multidisciplinary team work that promotes effective and
\nEfficient health care. Manage and utilize human and material resource in
\nAccordance with relevant directives and legislative. Delegate ,supervise and co-
\nOrdinate the provision of effective, efficient and patient care. Initiate and
\nParticipate in health promotion to ensure consistent communicate of relevant
\nAccurate and comprehensive information on health care.<\/p>\n
