REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12. Advanced computer literacy, especially excel and power point.
\nExtensive knowledge in District Health Information System. A valid SA driver\u2019s\u00a0license. Qualification in Information Studies\/ Informatics will be an added

DUTIES : Ensure availability of data and security of electronic information. Daily inpatient
\ndata coordination with ward clerks. Interpretation of data for health programmes
\nand planning. Availing of monthly, quarterly and annual electronic reports for
\nmanagement. Ensuring monthly data submitted to District and Provincial office.
\nSustaining monthly performance hospital reviews. Effective management of the
\ninformation office. Ensuring compliance to legislations. Supervision of Data
\nCapturers, contracting and assessing (PMDS).<\/p>\n
