REQUIREMENTS : Qualification of Grade 10\/12 or equivalent qualification and relevant experience
\nin patient administration. Ability to read and write. Good verbal and written
\ncommunication skills. Team player. Computer skills will be an added advantage.
\nPerson Profile: Excellent time management, organizational skills, communication
\nskills, presentation and team work skills. Self-motivated and goal orientated.
\nAnalytical and solution orientated. Ability to effectively communicate to technical
\nand non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Registration of patients in the appropriate clinical documents\/registers. Filing of
\npatients records. Retrieve\/disposal of patients files from Record Department.
\nEnsure that patient\u2019 s statics in accurate and kept up to date. Booking of patients
\nfor different clinics in the institution. Attend to general enquiries. Be prepared to
\nwork shifts, accept delegations within the facility. Sign a Performance contract on
\nannual basis. Take part in the Gauteng Turnaround Strategy, PHC
\nReengineering and Establishment of the Sub-District.<\/p>\n
