DUTIES : Ensure effective filling of daily post on current and closed files. Opening &
\nclosing of personnel files iro appointments, terminations And transfers. Tracing,
\nretrieving & maintenance of files and updating All amendments on personnel file
\ncovers. Acknowledge of daily HR post. Provide support & guidance to HR staff
\nmembers and line managers pertaining to information on files. Safekeeping of
\ncurrent and closed HR files. Audit and dispose files in terms of registry
\nprescripts. Ensure that no file leave HR without recording. Ensure confidentiality
\nof information on files. Ensure effective policy developments in HR registration.
\nEffective record keeping in terms of HR matters. Monitor ordering and providing
\nof HR stock. Compiling works orders. Operate office machines in relations to the
\nregistry functions. Adhere to any other instructions as mandated by Supervisor.<\/p>\n
