REQUIREMENTS : Appropriate recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management\/
\nPublic Management and Administration or equivalent (NQF 6) Minimum 2 years
\nrelevant experience. Key Competencies: Knowledge Of, Public Service
\nRegulation, Public Service Act, Labour Relations Act Basic Conditions of
\nEmployment Act, Human Resource Skills, Negotiation skills,
\nPresentation\/Facilitation skills. Report \/ minute Writing, Time management.
\nCommunication, both formal, and informal.*Creative\/innovative, analytical
\nthinking and customer care.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Development of Job Specification (Advertisement of vacant posts on the
\nOrganogram); Serve as the panel secretariat during selection and interviews;
\nAdminister the recruitment & selections process, including physical orientation;
\nAdminister employment contracts; Appoint & transfer staff on PERSAL system;
\nEnsure that logistics are arranged for candidates and new appointees;
\nAdminister the appointments Masterfile.<\/p>\n
