REQUIREMENTS : Appropriate recognized National Diploma in Public Management and
\nAdministration or equivalent (NQF6). A valid driver\u2019s license. Minimum 3 years
\nrelevant experience. Key Competencies: Knowledge Of Sound and in depth
\nknowledge of relevant prescripts, application of the legislative framework
\ngoverning the Public Service e.g., Public Service Act, Labour Relation Act,
\nPFMA, etc Skills *Negotiation skills. Presentation skills. People Management
\nskills. Time management. Communication, both formal, and informal.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Management of finances of traditional council; Providing administrative services
\nto the traditional Council: Management of events of traditional council; Monitoring
\nimplementation of initiation school Act; *Administration of tribal court
\nproceedings.<\/p>\n
