REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12\/ NSC (NQF4). Valid driver\u2019s license. No experience. Key
\nCompetencies: Knowledge Of Sound and in depth knowledge of relevant
\nprescripts, application of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
\ne.g., Public Service Act, Labour Relation Act, PFMA, etc Skills, Negotiation skills.
\nPresentation skills. People Management skills. Time management.
\nCommunication, both formal, and informal.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Collection of revenue and banking with the district Office; Manage procurement
\nprocess; Prepare payrolls; Maintenance of commitment register.<\/p>\n
