\nCENTRE : SAMHS, Directorate Social Work.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or equivalent Special requirements (skills needed): Knowledge and
\nexperience in executing clerical duties. Computer literate. Good communication
\nskills (written and verbal). Good office administration and interpersonal skills,
\ngood filing and organisational skills. Drivers licence is a prerequisite. Relevant
\npractical experience. Detail knowledge of the operation\/utilisation of specific
\nsoftware packages.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Type routine notes, memos, letters and reports. Develop new ideas to change
\nexisting methods. Handle S&T claims. Handle petty cash payments. Arrange
\nmeetings with Senior Managers. Compile agendas and take notes during
\nmeetings. Ordering and purchasing of stationary. Keep the Senior Managers
\ndirectory. Scan newspapers and collect important clippings for Senior Managers.
