\nSALARY : R123 738 per annum (Level 5). Annual progression up to maximum salary of
\nR145 758 per annum is possible subject to satisfactory performance.

\nREQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate\/ Matric or equivalent qualification. Experience in General
\nAdministration and Office services will be an advantage. Prior Learning either by
\nmeans of experience or alternative courses will serve as an advantage. Skills
\nand Competencies: Computer literacy, Ability to maintain confidential and
\nsensitive documents in terms of MISS. Good communication skills (verbal and\u00a0written).<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Provide Administrative support to the Directorate. Maintain in house documents
\nin accordance with existing practices. Process payments after authorization.
\nEnsure smooth inflow and outflow of documents. Maintain sound filling systems.
\nProvide excellent customer services. Ensure the implementation of internal
\ncontrols as deemed necessary.
