REQUIREMENTS : Diploma in Accounting or Finance Management or Cost Management or Internal
\nAuditing with 1-2 years experience. Grade 12 with 5 years experience in Finance.
\nExperience in Government Finance will be an added advantage. Must have
\nknowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, DoRA and be computer literate.
\nGood communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of Transversal
\nsystems, BAS, SAP and SRM. Must have experience in budget expenditure
\ncontrol, cash flow, IYM (In Year Monitoring). A valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Compile and capture journals, Reconciliation of NHLS invoices, capturing ,
\nprocessing and allocating invoices through E-invoicing (SAP), Attending to
\nsuppliers queries with GDF, checking of RLSO1, submission of report to Head
\nOffice on monthly basis, filing and safekeeping of documents, Compile petty cash
\nand do replenishment, reconcile suppliers statements monthly. Reconciliation of
\nstandalone system e.g. Persal\/ Bas,Sap\/ Bas, Medsas\/Bas, and any other duties
\ndelegated by the supervisor.
