\nSALARY : R532 278 per annum (all-inclusive package which include basic salary of 70 % of
\nthe package) and a flexible portion that may be structured in terms of the

\nREQUIREMENTS : Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Social Work. Current Registration in terms of the Social
\nServices Professions Act 110 of 1978 as amended. Good knowledge and
\nunderstanding of relevant legislation and regulation that governs the area of
\nwork. Ten years of generic practice as a Social Work after registration with the
\nSACSSP. Minimum of 5 years management experience within the Social Welfare
\nenvironment in the Public Sector at a level of a Policy Developer or Supervisor.
\nRelevant exposure to management of Social Welfare Institutions. Valid Driver\u2019s
\nlicense. Skills and Competencies. Good strategic planning and capability, change
\nmanagement, financial management, project management skills. Strong client
\norientation. Good conflict resolution and people management skills. Computer
\nliterate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Management of the Institution in accordance with all applicable
\nlegislations(including governance & stakeholder relations). Management of all
\nSocial Welfare Service Delivery Programmes and all supporting professions in
\nthe Institution. Management of all support functions (HR, SCM, Finance,
\nAuxiliary, etc). Provide strategic leadership to the institution, including operational
\nplanning, performance monitoring and evaluations. Manage the development and
\nimplementation of policies and standard operating procedure related to all core
\nand support functions. Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement
\nprocesses in the Institution. Promote the development of children and youth care
\nservices.
