Upon completion of studies, our bursary holders become part of our Professional Development Programme (PDP).<\/p>\n<p>The Hatch Goba PDP is a global Hatch initiative aimed at engineering excellence. It has been developed to facilitate the management of professional career development over the initial years. The PDP programme is accredited by ECSA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Flexible framework to achieve Professional Registration with ECSA (Pr. Eng) status<\/li>\n<li>Personal career planning<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning\u00a0and development opportunities via the Hatch Corporate Learning Centre<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring support program exposure to a variety of challenging work experiences and career pathways<\/li>\n<li>Monthly meetings and progress reviews<\/li>\n<li>Global exposure with a wide variety of work around the world<\/li>\n<li>Networking events and activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Disciplines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Chemical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Civil &amp; Structural Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Environmental<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Mining Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Electronics Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Industrial Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are seeking\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>65% and above average in academic performance<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor degree (or working towards) in a relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>An ability to think laterally and innovatively<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to travel and work in locations within South Africa and Internationally<\/li>\n<li>A passion and drive to make a real difference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested?
