My client based in Langebaan requires an experienced Sales Receptionist<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answering the switchboard timorously<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Able to sell and provide a holistic sales function<\/p>\n

Attend to clients and suppliers in reception<\/p>\n

Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times<\/p>\n

Ensure that the adequate office supplies are ordered and maintained accordingly<\/p>\n

Handle telephone enquiries<\/p>\n

Office management, such as Stationery ordering, refreshments<\/p>\n

Completion of office admin duties<\/p>\n

Liaise with clients<\/p>\n

Filing invoices and various documents<\/p>\n

Prepare beverages for visitors as needed<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
