REQUIREMENTS : Three years Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Administration \/ National Diploma Service
\nManagement (NQF LEVEL 5) plus the module on Case Flow Management or
\nrelevant and equivalent tertiary qualification; At least three years\u2019 managerial or
\nsupervisory experience; A valid drivers\u2019 licence; The following will serve as a
\nstrong recommendation: Knowledge and experience in office and district
\nadministration; Knowledge of the financial management and PFMA; Experience
\nin managing Trust (Third Party Funds) and Vote Account; Experience in the
\nCourt environment will be an added advantage. Skills and Competencies: Strong
\nleadership and management capabilities; Strategic capabilities; Good
\ncommunication skills (verbal and written); Ability to supervise staff; Computer
\nliteracy.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Coordinate and manage the financial (Vote and Trust
\nAccount), facility and physical resources, human resources, information,
\ncommunication related to courts and security; Manage the strategic and business
\nplanning processes;; Implement the departmental policies at the courts; Compile
\nand analyze court statistics to show performance and trends; Provide case
\ntracking services to the judiciary and prosecuting authority; Compile annual
\nperformance and statutory reports to the relevant users; Develop and implement
\ncustomer service improvements strategies;
