Key Performance Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Generate revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n

Collect money on profile 0 \u2013 2+ delinquent accounts (60-90 days) within 30 days
\nObtain \u201cpromise to pay\u201d from customers
\nRehabilitate and educate customers with regards to their payment profile
\nAchieve daily collection targets<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Efficiency and productivity<\/strong><\/p>\n

Negotiate payments from customers following the call script, within dialler time and meet departmental KPA targets
\nCompletion of lost time sheets on a daily basis
\nAdhere to Company systems, processes, policies and procedures
\nConstantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems<\/p>\n

Customer service<\/strong><\/p>\n

Negotiate with customers in a way that does not tarnish the relationship of the customer with HomeChoice
\nEnsure that a polite, friendly, efficient and professional service is provided<\/p>\n

Quality standards<\/strong><\/p>\n

Focus on \u201cgetting it right first time\u201d in order to ensure that correct and precise information is relayed to customers
\nCapture all details of customer liaison and agreements accurately onto the system<\/p>\n

Grade 12 \/ Matric or equivalent
\nExperience & Skills:<\/p>\n
