{"id":21323,"date":"2015-02-27T02:10:09","date_gmt":"2015-02-27T00:10:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=21323"},"modified":"2015-02-27T02:10:09","modified_gmt":"2015-02-27T00:10:09","slug":"sales-trainee-vacancy-sabmiller-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/sales-trainee-vacancy-sabmiller-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Sales Trainee Vacancy at SABMiller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To implement a market driven differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Competence Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 year Post Matric Qualification in Sales\/Marketing essential<\/li>\n<li>Ideally minimum of 2 yrs experience in Sales\/Marketing in a FMCG environment<\/li>\n<li>Valid unendorsed Code 8 drivers licence<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of PC or potential to acquire it<\/li>\n<li>Persuasiveness and selling ability<\/li>\n<li>Verbal ability and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound interpersonal skills, creativity and ability to mix with other people<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage self and territory &#8211; planning and organising skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong target and achievement orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Output and Accountabilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximise sales volume and market share :Implement national\/regional promotions in relation to the segmented channel management process.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve pre-determined sales\/brands and market share targets.<\/li>\n<li>Influence liquor retail pricing within segments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain stock levels within segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Service outlets :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sound business relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer call rate as per SAB tailored service packages sector.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular account reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Provide merchandising support.<\/li>\n<li>Handle Customer and Consumer complaints and queries.<\/li>\n<li>Manage product quality in relation to SAB quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Manage sales administration.<\/li>\n<li>Compile daily \/ weekly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Determine pre-call planning objectives<\/li>\n<li>Manage B.T.L. placements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct personal sec audits.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sound customer relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Additional Information<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
