purpose:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To administer and maintain a portfolio of new and existing commercial and industrial property loans, in order to deliver excellent external and internal client service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key performance areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre &#8211; registration Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration and control of bond registration process<\/li>\n<li>All files for conveyancing to be opened in terms of agreed format<\/li>\n<li>All documentation and correspondence to be prepared accurately and professionally at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Post registration administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration and control of cancellations, releases and deal variation processes .<\/li>\n<li>Day to day administrative duties, including clearing open items, arrears and filing<\/li>\n<li>Administration and control of changes to existing loans and term &#8211; end extensions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all extensions and restructures of loans are implemented before expiry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data and systems Integrity (SAP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that SAP is loaded correctly and accurately and is current at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New Business\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the team in terms of new business approvals and payouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Documentation Quality and maintenance\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All documentation and correspondence (whether by e-mail \/ fax\/ letter) to be prepared professionally and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>All documents received from the client or attorneys must be checked and returned to client \/ attorney for correction where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance \/ Risk:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all legislative and procedural aspects of the property administration are complied with, in terms of<\/li>\n<li>credit procedures<\/li>\n<li>legals procedures<\/li>\n<li>valuations procedures<\/li>\n<li>FICA<\/li>\n<li>authority levels<\/li>\n<li>property administrative processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative support to relationship managers :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers by compiling documentation and file for new deals, and make amendments to existing deals<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client satisfaction:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide internal and external client satisfaction by ensuring service excellence in dealing with client queries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and build client relationships<\/li>\n<li>Resolve client queries and provide information to the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Support:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the effectiveness of the lending team<\/li>\n<li>Fill in for absent colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Self &#8211; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Focus on own development and continued learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"profile_header\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"ctl00_contentPrimaryPlaceHolder__ctrl_0_divCandReq\" class=\"profile_header\">\n<strong>Essential qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>A relevant tertiary commercial qualification or degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job related experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience working in a commercial property finance environment<\/li>\n<li>SAP experience is preferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Administrative and conveyancing processes<\/li>\n<li>commercial and industrial property finance systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Short term insurance products and processes, including building, sectional and construction, and all Risks policies<\/li>\n<li>Financial acumen (basic)<\/li>\n<li>SAP knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to
