Service Officer \u2013 from March till the end of August for our client a leading FMCG group<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you have at least 2-3 years of working as a Customer Service Officer in FMCG &amp; hold a Diploma in Supply Chain\/ Logistics\/ Equivalent or are studying towards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Then this role might suite you.<\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><strong>The role is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please send your word document cv, copy of salary slip, copy of qualifications &amp; notice period<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties \/ Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery of excellent customer services internally and externally to ensure that we delight our customers<\/li>\n<li>Work towards zero defective order entry to eliminate credit notes and claims<\/li>\n<li>Accurate retrieval and processing of all orders and claims relevant to your allocated\u00a0 customers within the agreed time frame<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing and resolving all customer complaints and queries in a professional manner within the timelines agreed<\/li>\n<li>Resolve DHL Backdoor Refusal issues promptly in conjunction with KAM\u2019s to reduce good stock returns<\/li>\n<li>General administration, compliance and office safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma (Supply Chain\/Logistics or equivalent) \/ studying towards a University degree<\/li>\n<li>FMCG Customer Services experience ideal<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate in MS Office\u00a0 (advanced excel) and mainframe<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of processes and systems<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure and deliver quick results<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with strong analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to multi
