\nCENTRE : Financial Management Division, Chief Directorate Finance Services, Directorate
\nFinance Support Services, Finance ETD Centre.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum requirement: Grade 12 Certificate with finance subject Knowledge of
\nmicrocomputer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Access. Knowledge of
\nmainframe computer system in Public Service\/Department of Defence (DOD),
\nspecifically the Financial Management System (FMS) and PERSOL\/PERSAL
\nwould be a strong recommendation. Exposure to\/knowledge of the operating and\u00a0utilizing of the ETD processes in the DOD would be a strong recommendation.
\nAbility to effectively and correctly interpret and apply policy and regulations.
\nAnalytical and innovative thinking ability as well as problem solving ability. Ability
\nto compile and draft basic reports and returns. Good communication skills and
\ngood interpersonal skills. Strongly oriented towards team work, receptive toward
\nwork-related suggestion\/ideas, decisive\/persevering iro task finalisation and
\nmust be able to obtain a valid confidential security clearance. Added advantage:
\nA post matric qualification in Finance, minimum of one year relevant experience
\nand being in the possession of valid code 8 driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Delivering general administrative duties in order to assist in the efficient and
\neffective management of the prescribed education, training and development
\nfunction of all personnel within the Financial Management Division (Fin Div).
\nMaintaining and administering an effective internal Registry Office of all
\ndocuments, reports and other related documentation in the section. Receiving,
\nregistering, distributing, copying and filing of documentation for the section.
\nAssist in arranging and managing accommodation and transport for learners,
\nobtaining and issuing of course material and keeping of attendance register of all
\nlearners. Assisting in typing, copying and distributing course reports, name list,
\nschedules, letter, memos and other related correspondence. Capturing of course
\nattendance data and course results on the MILQUAL program on the PERSOL
\nsystem and doing enquiries on the system. Keep attendance record of all
\npersonnel in the section and submitting the monthly absenteeism return.<\/p>\n
