\nREQUIREMENTS : Bachelor\u2019s degree\/National Diploma in Administration and \/ or National Diploma
\nService Management (NQF Level 5) plus the module on Case Flow
\nManagement or relevant equivalent qualification. Three years in management or
\nsupervisory experience; Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA)
\nand the Department Financial Instructions (DFI) and Department\u2019s accounting
\nsystem (JDAS, ICMS, JYP); A valid driver\u2019s license; The following will serve as
\nstrong recommendation: knowledge and experience in office and district
\nadministration.
\nDUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Co-ordinate and manage the financial and human
\nresources of the office; Co-ordinate, manage risk and security in the court;
\nManage strategic, business planning processes, facility, physical resources,
\ninformation and communication related to courts; compile and analyse court
\nstatistics to show performance trends; Support Case Flow Management at the
\ncourt; Develop and implement customer service improvement strategies;
\nManage the projects intended to improve court management; Manage service
\nlevel agreements and relations with the internal and external stakeholders.
