\nREQUIREMENTS : Bachelor Degree in Administration, Law or Commerce\/National Diploma in Office
\nManagement or Administration or equivalent qualification; At least 5 years
\nadministration experience; Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act,
\nDFI, Treasury Regulations; Knowledge of Justice Yellow Pages (JYP) and BAS
\n(at least 1 year experience). skills and competencies: Computer literacy (MS
\nOffice); Good interpersonal skills; Good communication (verbal and written)
\nskills; Good organizational skills; Able to work under pressure, independently
\nand willingness to work irregular hours; Creative an analytical thinking.
\nDUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Render administrative support pertaining to legal
\nmatters as directed by supervisor; Implement and maintain a filing system;
\nPerform task related to acquisition and procurement of stores and equipment;
\nVerification of assets and control for the Directorate; Develop, collect and
\nadminister data on the databases of the Directorate; Compile statistics for the
\nDirectorate; Render telephonic services and liaise with the public; Co-ordinate
\ntravel and accommodation, arranging meetings and events for the office and
\ntaking minutes; Supervise administrative staff; Perform any other administrative
\nfunctions assigned from time to time;
