\nREQUIREMENTS : A three-year tertiary qualification in Marketing\/Communication\/ Statistics\/
\nEconomics\/Computer Science and Geography. At least one year experience in a
\ncustomer relations environment. Exposure to a statistical environment would be
\nan added advantage. Knowledge of the content of Stats SA\u2019s products and
\nservices. Telephone etiquette training will be an added advantage. Knowledge
\nof MS Office Suite and Supercross. A valid driver\u2019s license will be an added
\nadvantage. Person Profile: These positions will suit persons with: Good
\ncommunication, analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Ability to work
\nunder pressure. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Respond to user requests for statistical information. Refer user requests for
\nstatistical information to DM:SIS or subject matter specialist for response. Assist
\nuser with navigation of website. Capture user information and nature of call onto
\nthe CRM system.
