REQUIREMENTS : Relevant 3-years tertiary qualification, eg. National Diploma or Degree in
\nFinancial Information Systems related to the job content. 3-4 years\u2019 experience
\nin financial system environment. Knowledge and understanding of the public
\nsector financial systems (BAS, PERSAL, SAP FI\/CO). Competencies: Foster
\ninterpersonal relationship and demonstrate leadership across teams. Effectively
\ncommunicate business strategy and direction to team. Problems analyses and
\nself-management.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible to: lead requirements analysis, validation and
\nverification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent and
\nconcise. Understanding business process management and business
\nrequirements and translating them to specific software requirements
\nManagement requirements traceable information and track requirements status
\nthroughout the project. Manage changes to requirement through effective use of
\nchange control processes and tools. Ability to communicate (verbal and written)
\nwith business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the
\ndevelopment team. Develop future business processes that are cost effective
\nand will result in overall improvement of productivity within the organisation.
