\nCENTRE : Tara the H Moross Centre (Sandton)<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with at least one (1) year experience in debt management, patient
\nadministration and revenue collection. Computer literacy (certificate required),
\nknowledge of PAAB system and UPFS, experience in a hospital environment will
\nbe an added advantage. Good communication skills, written and verbal,
\ninterpersonal and organizational skills. Must be well conversant with PFMA,
\nTreasury regulations and Dora.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Daily monitoring of age analysis, follow-up on all outstanding debts, tracing of
\ndebtors and accounts. Recommend accounts to be written off and submit the
\nrejected medical aid account reports to head office. Billing of inpatients, medical
\naid accounts and recommend accounts to be handed over to the state attorney.
\nClearing of paid up accounts. Identify write offs, incorrect levies, refunds and
\nfiling of tracing files. Compliance with debt management policies, Batho Pele
\nprinciples andpatients\u2019 rights charter.<\/p>\n
