\nSALARY : R123 738- R145 758 per annum (plus benefits)
\nCENTRE : Lebone College of Emergency Care<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with 2- 5 years relevant experience. Computer Literacy (Word, Excel,
\nMS Outlook etc). Good communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to
\nwork under pressure. Valid Code 8 Drivers License is essential.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
DUTIES : Ensure compliance with Procurement, Finance, HR, Transport prescripts and
\nprocedures. General Administration that includes opening of files, arrange
\nmeetings, filing, typing and drafting of letters and submissions. Taking & typing
\nminutes of all College Committee meetings and distribution. Administer the
\ndiaries of Principal and Deputy Principal. Ensure that the Principal and Deputy
\nPrincipals filing and administration are up to date. Control the incoming and
\noutgoing files. Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure in a team
\nand independently. Any other duties determined by College Management.<\/p>\n
