\nREQUIREMENTS : Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification; Three (3) years relevant
\nexperience in Office Administration and Departmental Financial Management
\nsystems; A valid code B drivers\u2019 license. Skills and Competencies: Computer
\nliteracy (MS Office); Good interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure;
\nAttention to detail; Experience in Court Administration will serve as an added

\nDUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Organize workshops training session and stakeholder
\nforums; Implement resolutions from forum and prepare discussion documents
\nreports and presentations for meetings; Follow-up the resolution of complaint;
\nEnsure proper record keeping of complaints received and resolved; Develop and
\nmaintain database of stakeholders.
