\nSALARY : R183 438 \u2013 R216 084 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to\u00a0sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS : An applicable legal qualification, paralegal qualification or Grade 12 certificate
\nwith five years relevant experience; Experience in Family Law Matters;
\nKnowledge of the Maintenance Act (Act 99 of 1998); A valid drivers\u2019 licence.<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office); Numeracy skills;
\nExcellent communication (verbal and written).<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Trace persons liable to pay maintenance and maintenance defaulters; Gather
\nand secure information related to maintenance enquiries and defaulters; Ability
\nto work with the public in a professional and empathetic manner; Develop a
\nthorough understanding of all services procedures; Involve oneself in areas of
\nFamily Law; Explain legal terminology and processes in simple languages;
\nmanage time effectively and develop good facilitation skills; think innovatively
\nand work in pressured environment; Assist the court in the conducting of
\nMaintenance enquiries; Testify in court under the supervision and control of
\nmaintenance officers\/maintenance prosecutors; Render administrative support to
\nthe office; Outdoor function requiring physical tracing capabilities.
