PricewaterhouseCoopers<\/strong> <\/strong>(or PwC) is one of the world’s largest professional services firms and the largest of the Big Four auditing firms, PriceWaterhouseCoopers recruits; IT Governance Manager for their South African operations<\/p>\n Location: Gauteng Role details:<\/strong> Manage and deliver on IT governance engagements, including King III IT governance, to both private and public sector clients as well as play a crucial role in further growing our IT governance practice. -Become a trusted advisor to clients<\/p>\n -Become a IT governance brand ambassador to the rest of PwC and clients<\/p>\n -Deliver excellence and value to our clients<\/p>\n -Consistently manage and deliver based on client and stakeholder expectations<\/p>\n -Perform QA on all deliverables to ensure consistency and high quality<\/p>\n -Assist in client targeting as well as implementing our IT governance strategy<\/p>\n -Active involvement in business development e.g. methodologies, thought leadership and articles<\/p>\n -Manage internal business issues (billing etc.) and firm risk management<\/p>\n -Preparation of proposals<\/p>\n -Develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships<\/p>\n -Provide coaching and constructive performance and general development feedback to team members<\/p>\n Requirements:<\/p>\n Qualification Level:<\/p>\n – BSc degree Experience Required: 5-7 years<\/p>\n Competencies \/ Skills:<\/p>\n -Thorough understanding of IT governance and experience in applying this knowledge e.g. Cobit, ITIL, ValIT, King III<\/p>\n -Proven ability to build and sustain key relationships<\/p>\n -The ability to market our services<\/p>\n -Manage large projects including managing teams<\/p>\n -Communicate with impact and empathy<\/p>\n -Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills<\/p>\n
