Employer: Your Move Personnel Are you sales driven? Then this position is for you!Our client is a prominent distributor of ICT equipment, products and services to the African continent within the IT industry.<\/p>\n Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be based in Cape Town and will be responsible for the internal accounts within the sales team.<\/p>\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n Processing all orders received for strategic accounts<\/p>\n Responsible for internal management of\u00a0 strategic accounts<\/p>\n Compilation of all quotations<\/p>\n Attend product training and events<\/p>\n Processing of relevant delivery notes and documentation<\/p>\n Updating stock report, backorders and orders received on a daily basis<\/p>\n Liaise with clients as well as partners on daily queries<\/p>\n Liaise with stores\/dispatch regarding deliveries of all orders and supply of invoices<\/p>\n Attending to sales calls<\/p>\n Product knowledge of both hardware and software platforms<\/p>\n Understanding of IT industry and OEM channel<\/p>\n SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n Matric with mathematics is essential<\/p>\n Tertiary qualification and\/or a relevant diploma will be an advantage<\/p>\n 3 Year\u2019s IT distribution experience<\/p>\n Service quality orientated<\/p>\n Ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n Relevant technical knowledge<\/p>\n Customer focused<\/p>\n Technology driven<\/p>\n Basic calculations (ability to work with numbers)<\/p>\n Self-actualization (capacity to assert oneself)<\/p>\n Motivation (ability to motivate others)<\/p>\n Negotiation (in a spirit of co-operation with the aim of an amicable outcome)<\/p>\n Tact (courteous, diplomatic, respectful manner)<\/p>\n Excellence orientation (set and achieve high standards & ongoing improvement)<\/p>\n Feedback (provide positive, helpful & productive feedback)<\/p>\n Liaison (establish effective personal contact \/ channel for Communication between parties)<\/p>\n Written communication (convey information through written instruction)<\/p>\n Decisiveness (ability to make decisions, render judgment, take action & apply corrective measures)<\/p>\n Evaluating (ask questions, analyze, give attention to and attend to detail)<\/p>\n PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n High level of energy<\/p>\n Self-confidence and self-driven<\/p>\n A high level of perseverance<\/p>\n Patient, tolerant and diplomatic<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
